Food waste dry residue has high moisture content and strong stickiness, making it extremely prone to entanglement and blockage during conveyance; as a national key project, it places exceptionally high demands on equipment quality, delivery timeliness, and post-delivery maintenance support.
Provided a complete set of screw conveyors for food waste dry residue, covering all technical services from equipment design and manufacturing to transportation, on-site installation guidance, and system commissioning. The main body of the equipment is made of 304 stainless steel, with structural optimization tailored for high-moisture, high-viscosity materials, featuring anti-entanglement, anti-blockage, and corrosion-resistant properties. Its compact structure facilitates on-site maintenance and is well-suited to the project’s high-load, continuous operating conditions.
The equipment was delivered to the project site within 15 days of contract signing;
Completed 7 days of installation, 7 days of performance testing, and 30 days of trial operation, successfully passing the 72+24-hour continuous operation performance test;
