Vietnam is a major livestock-raising country in Southeast Asia, with a large number of large-scale farms. The harmless and sanitary disposal of dead livestock and poultry is an urgent issue that the local farming industry needs to address. Several farming enterprises have jointly procured harmless treatment equipment, which has been deployed across multiple provinces in Vietnam.
Farms require equipment that can quickly process dead livestock and poultry, ensuring thorough sterilization while also converting waste into organic fertilizer to generate additional revenue. The equipment must be fully enclosed, producing no smoke, odor, or wastewater, and adapted to the operating conditions of local farm facilities.
A total of 22 sets of high-temperature biological degradation equipment for the harmless treatment of dead livestock and poultry were delivered, available in two specifications: 1.5T and 2T. The equipment employs a high-temperature biological degradation process, paired with heat-resistant microbial strains, to crush and ferment dead livestock and poultry at high temperatures, achieving harmless disposal and producing usable organic fertilizer. The entire system operates in a fully enclosed manner, effectively preventing the escape of odors and wastewater.
