As a national-level new area, the Xiong’an New Area’s Phase I Integrated Waste Treatment Facility is a key environmental infrastructure project. Project Collaboration Overview

Zhite Environmental signed a procurement contract with Guangda Environmental Protection (China) Co., Ltd. for screw conveyor equipment used to transport kitchen waste dry residue. The scope of services covers equipment design, manufacturing, transportation, on-site installation guidance, system commissioning, and supporting technical services, ensuring the stable deployment of project equipment.

The main body of the screw conveyor equipment supplied this time is made of 304 stainless steel. In response to the high humidity and high viscosity characteristics of kitchen waste dry residue, the structure has been optimized, featuring anti-tangling, anti-blocking, and corrosion-resistant properties. The equipment boasts a compact design, easy maintenance, and is well-suited to the project’s high-load, continuous operating conditions.

Project Implementation Results

Within 15 days after the contract was signed, the equipment arrived at the project site; installation took 7 days, followed by 7 days of performance testing and 30 days of trial operation, successfully passing the 72+24-hour continuous operation performance test. The equipment can handle more than 50 tons of kitchen waste dry residue per day. The entire unit comes with a 12-month quality warranty and lifetime technical support services.
